    "ci_note": "le_<sex>_lci/_uci and hle_<sex>_lci/_uci are the lower and upper bounds of the ONS 95% confidence intervals for the 2022 to 2024 estimates at birth, from the same workbook rows as the values (and given only where the value is that ONS estimate). ONS publishes intervals because these are estimates: life expectancy rests on a finite number of deaths, and healthy life expectancy also on survey answers about general health. Where two areas' intervals overlap, the difference between them may be down to chance; Lifemap calls such areas similar and describes a difference only when the intervals do not overlap."
