Adults drinking over 14 units a week, council by council
The share of adults, from each nation’s own survey. Surveys, periods and methods differ between the nations, so each nation is ranked on its own and the tables are not comparable across nations.
How to read these rankings. Rank 1 is the highest figure in the group. Councils with the same figure share a rank, marked “=”, and the next rank is skipped. Ranks describe the published estimates, not a verdict on a council.
These are survey estimates, and Lifemap’s dataset holds no confidence intervals for them, so the tables show none and make no comparison with a national figure. Small differences between neighbouring councils are unlikely to be meaningful. Methodology §04 gives the survey and period behind each nation’s figures.
